This policy applies to all purchases made from https://blueironhealth.com. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
No Returns on Supplements (All Sales Are Final)
Due to the nature of our products being dietary supplements and consumable goods, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Returned products will not be inspected, resold, or refunded.
This policy exists to protect customer safety, hygiene standards, and product integrity.
7-Day Refund Request Window (Strict)
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the order being marked as delivered by the carrier.
Requests made after 7 days will be automatically denied and are not eligible for review.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed at our sole discretion.
Refunds May Be Considered Only If:
Refunds may be approved only in the following limited cases:

The package was confirmed lost by the carrier
Proof is required, including photos and/or carrier confirmation. Failure to provide proof will result in denial.
Non-Refundable Situations (No Exceptions)
Refunds will not be issued for:

Failure to read product descriptions, warnings, or ingredient lists

Subscription Policy
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

Subscriptions automatically renew at the selected interval

Charges occur at the start of each billing cycle

You are responsible for managing or canceling your subscription before renewal
Subscription Refunds
No refunds are issued for subscription renewals once a charge has processed.
We do not refund subscription orders due to missed cancellation.
Canceling a subscription prevents future charges only.
Subscriptions can be managed through your account dashboard or by contacting us before the next billing date.
Chargebacks and Fraud Protection
By placing an order, you agree to contact Blue Iron Health before filing a chargeback.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension, denial of future service, and submission of evidence to Shopify Payments, Stripe, and the issuing bank.
We maintain transaction records, delivery confirmation, IP logs, and customer communication for dispute resolution.
How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)
All refund requests must be submitted via email to:
Include your order number, reason for request, and supporting evidence if applicable.
Incomplete requests will not be reviewed.
Response time is 1–3 business days.
Refund Processing
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Processing times depend on the payment provider and issuing bank.
